Their menu features a variety of dishes using only the finest ingredients including dishes such as “Callos Madrileños” (tripe cooked with ham, pork sausage, onions and peppers); migas with egg, bacon, chistorra sausage, pepper and grapes, rabbit with garlic and tomato and oxtail stew.
